From HDTV source material
This is a 4-way test of various resizing algorithms: 1) BicubicResize: the wrong way to resize interlaced material. 2) BInterlacedResize: uses "dumb bob" before resize. 3) SInterlacedResize: SmoothDeinterlace before resize.
4) InterlacedResize: using function call in SimpleResize.dll
5) OInterlacedResize: Offset deinterlace method; must have a bug in it.
6) LInterlacedResize: De-interlace with LeakKernelBob before resizing.
